consultant and today we are going to learn some natural cures for gum disease. Gum disease
is an acute infection an inflammation of the gum around the teeth. Poor immune system due
to poor nutrition usually causes you know the infection and also poor dental hygiene
will create problems.
So for the hygiene obviously brushing your teeth is a must. But as your
mom used to say an apple a day will keep the dentist away. So apples help clean your teeth.
Now for the infection, you know what you want to do if you want to build your immune system
is eat plenty of raw fruit and vegetables they are packed with antioxidants. Another
excellent thing that I personally recommend is a supplement called Best Defense. It is
packed with Echinacea, zinc, and vitamin C that help boost your immune system.
They come
in little tablets that you want to just drop in to a glass of water, let it dissolve for
a minute or two and then just drink it up. You can drink two or three a day or just one
a day but ensure that your immune system is strong. Now if you have an acute infection
what I would recommend is that you simmer a tea bag into some warm water. And then once
the tea bag is nicely simmered what you want to do is put it directly where the infection
is and let it sit there for five, six minutes.
And then you can repeat this as many times
