Types of Holistic Healing Appointments

Initial Consultation:

All new clients are required to have an initial consultation.  When you come for a holistic healing appointment (Reiki, Crystal Healing, Shamanic healing modalities, etc.), be prepared for a truly holistic approach.  Plan to spend around an hour with our Holistic Healer because the consultation is quite in-depth.  Kelly will ask questions about your health, habits, history, etc. so that she can build a detailed picture of what shaped your current mind/body/spirit situation.  This is an essential part of the process because there can be multiple issues working together to take you out of balance.  Another key part of this intake is to find out what your goals are for the sessions; these should always be part of the conversation!  Once you’ve had this conversation with Kelly, she’ll go over what to expect and then give you your first treatment.  Initially, you may need to continue treatments weekly for a short period before you’re ready for monthly maintenance treatments.  A few days after your treatment, we’ll give you a call to see how you’re responding and if any adjustments need to be made.

These appointments can be in the clinic or they can be virtual.  When you schedule your appointment, we’ll reach out to you to see which you would prefer, and we’ll send you the Consent for Treatment and the Intake Questionnaire, both of which can be completed and submitted digitally.

Follow-up Appointment:

Because some of the issues you’re experiencing have been impacting your mind/body/spirit balance for some time, it is often necessary to receive multiple treatments to resolve the problems the issues are causing.  These treatments are generally 20-30 minutes long and can also be done in the clinic or virtually.
