We require all new clients to have an initial consultation with our Professional Herbalist.

The consultation will go over why you are seeking herbal help, your medical history, your current diet, lifestyle, any medications you are taking, body type and other items related to your health status.

As with any health provider, all information is kept in strict confidence in line state and federal laws.

Your provider will access your current needs and balance those with dietary requirements, herbal requirements, exercise requirements and rest requirements. Additionally, the practitioner will make certain there are no detrimental interactions between current medications you may be taking and any herbal medicines provided.

This is an in-depth consultation that can take as long as one hour, so please set aside at least 60 minutes for this service.

Once you have had your initial consultation, you will not need to repeat it for as long as you remain a client.
